    Responsibilities:
  • Established redundant communication with Step7 and WinCC Comfort (TIA Portal).
  • Established the communication of redundant I/Os with redundant (S7-414H) PLC using Redundant CGP Library V5.2.
  • Established the redundant Modbus RTU communication as slave with Yokogawa DCS as master using CP441-2.
  • Complete engineering and factory acceptance test.
  • Test and changes the control logic according to the control philosophy of the project.
  • System Components:
  • Siemens Step7 V5.5, WinCC Flexible, Siemens S7-414H PLC System and Touch Panel (MP 377 15 inch).

    Responsibilities:
  • Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) consist of MOVs, FCVs, Pumps, SD motors, DD motors, VFDs, Totalizes, Flow Meters, control with S7-414H PLC with Touch Panel.
  • Completed the Commissioning successfully (loop test, Logic and Operational Conditions tested).
  • Established the Modbus Communication.
  • TCP/IP redundant communication between S7-414H PLC as master with VFD as slave.
  • Test and changes the control logic according to the control philosophy of the project.
  • System Components:
  • Siemens PCS7 V8.2, TIA Portal V13 SP1Upd9, Siemens S7-414H S7400 FH ESD System, Redundant I/O and Touch Panel.

    Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities:
  • Integration of Automation Stations, Engineering Stations, Servers and Clients by using PCS7 V8.1 SP1.
  • Developed HMI for Crusher Area, Raw Mill Area, Pre Heater Area, Cooler Area, Stacker Area and Packing Area.
  • Involved in Pre Factory Acceptance test and Factory Acceptance Test.
  • Engineering for the Packer area convert relay logic into PLC logic.
  • System Components:
  • Siemens PCS7 V8.1 SP1,ABB AC-450 PLC, Siemens S7-410H PLC System and CM-104 communication device.

    Responsibilities:
  • Integration of Automation Stations, Engineering Stations, Servers and Clients by using PCS7 V8.1 SP1.
  • Established the communication with ABB AC-450 PLC to S7-410H PLC through CM-104 device using MB-300 protocol.
  • Testing the Motor, MOV and FCV with S7-410H PLC Communicating with ABB AC-450 PLC using CM-104 device.
  • System Components:
  • Siemens TIA Portal V13 SP1 Upd9, Siemens S7-300 and Touch Panel KTP700.

    Responsibilities:
  • Following are the tasks i.e. successfully managed during Engineering and Commissioning of the Hadeed SPLP Upgradation Project.
  • Hardware engineering involving preparation of schedule and functional logic and control diagrams.
  • Software Engineering and testing in TIA Portal for S7 300.
  • Developed HMI for KP700 establish communication with S7-300 PLC.
  • SEC Power Stations consists of 50MW supplied by General Electric Gas Turbine unit, 132kV GIS, Step-up transformer, 132kV XLPE cables, auxiliary transformers and MV switchgears.
  • ABB 800xa System, 20 RTUs, EWS, Servers, PGIM.
  • Ovation (Emerson system), Cimplicity (General Electric System), Triangle IEC101.
  • Troubleshooting of the system in coordination with SEC, IICS and ABB Switzerland.
    • ABB 800xa Hardware related tasks, troubleshooting, Panel Diagnosing.
    • Established communication between remote terminals (Westermo Modems).
    • Complete Engineering, Alarming, Graphics, Workplace of Tank Protection.
    The Control, Operation & monitoring of ESP Transformer Rectifier, Rapper Vibrator and Ash transport system is presently envisaged through Microprocessor. Currently, I am working on the PLC based Automation system that offered sufficient to perform all the functions in accordance with the process requirements.

    • Communication testing and configuration of Communication between ABB AC500 PLC with SCADA.
    SR16 Reservoir located in al-Riyadh near Makah road. the project consists of 12 tanks,34 valves, flow meters’ level sensors, level switches,4 pumps and chambers valves also consist of chlorination room.
  • ABB Control Builder Plus V2.3, Wonderware SCADA System V10.1, ABB AC500 PM 591-ETH Redundant System & PM 573 ETH
  • Developed HMIs, Performed Pre – Factory Acceptance Test and Factory Acceptance Test and now doing testing and commissioning at site.

  • Establish communication between PLC and remote I/Os through CS31 BUS Protocol.
  • Establish OPC communication between PLC PM 591 and Wonderware SCADA System.

      Modbus TCP/IP using the existing Hardware CP443 for all the 10 Pump Stations.

    • HMI up-gradation of Arc Furnace from SIEMENS COROS, LSB / LSC to the State
      Of Art SIEMENS HMI, Win CC (Version – 6.0).
    • HMI up-gradation of Bag House from SIEMENS COROS, LSB / LSC to the State
      Of Art SIEMENS HMI, Win CC (Version – 6.0).
    Software engineering involving PLC programming of SIEMENS SCADA CS7 system at SIEMENS AG Karlsruhe for Bulk fuel plant fuel handling and dispatch system automation.
    Complete revamp of 1500 KM Oil & Gas pipe line both 48’’ and 56’’, originates from Al- Abgaig to Jeddah having 11 pumps – stations and 1 pressure – reducing station. Each station has 5 turbines. The new SCADA system is based on CS7 and S7 400H controllers ESD used is ICS Triplex.
    Complete commissioning of SIEMENS, SINAUT based SCADA system comprising of 92 RTUs with S7 317 and CS 7 as base station with FEP servers.
    Provide services to our client including as-built drawing; create signal list, cable list, and panel list including station control block diagram.
